Meals week 1

This week I did great with my meals. Next week I want to add more vegetables and fiber.

Breakfasts:

3Egg white and veggie omelet w/ tsp. ketchup
fruit

Greek yogurt
blueberries and banana
boiled egg

special k w/ berries
boiled egg

Lunches:
Progresso Lite Soups
apple

Salad
soup

Dinners:

Portuguese Kale Soup

Chicken Tacos

Grilled Chicken

Homemade Hamburgers 1/2 bun
Extra Veggies

The Kale soup was a hit! I made a huge pot yesterday so I could have it all week long for lunch and today...it's GONE!!! The family LOVED it! First thing tomorrow I'm going to go to the store to buy more soup fixins!:)
